1. Account Termination by User

You may terminate your Imkan platform account at any time by contacting us through approved support channels.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the termination date, and these rights and obligations remain in effect and binding on both parties.

2. Duration of Terms

These terms and conditions remain in effect unless terminated by you or by the platform in accordance with the provisions of this section.

3. Platform's Right to Suspend or Terminate

The Imkan platform reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform or your account, in whole or in part, if:

• Incorrect or misleading information was provided during registration or use.
• These terms or any policies or guidelines adopted by the platform have been violated.
• Illegal, fraudulent activity, or dishonest behavior is found.
• Repeated or unauthorized attempts that may expose the security of the account or platform to risk are found.

4. Suspension or Termination Procedures

The platform may, at its discretion, take one or more of the following actions:

• Temporarily suspend access.
• Permanent ban from using the platform.
• Suspend or delete the account.
• Take necessary legal action when appropriate.

5. Prohibition of Circumvention

The user may not circumvent any suspension or ban decision, including creating or using alternative accounts or other means to access the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses resulting from account suspension or termination due to violation of these terms or adopted policies.

7. Severability

If any competent judicial authority determines that any provision of these terms is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and enforceable, and the unenforceable provision shall be deemed as if it never existed without affecting the rest of the terms.
