Rights and Duties

Measures Against Unacceptable Behavior

The Imkan platform (IMKAN.TOURS) reserves the right, at its discretion, to take any of the following actions against the user, in whole or in part, in the event of a valid reason:

  • Prevent the user from making any future bookings.
  • Cancel any existing booking.
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate use of the platform, customer service, or account.

Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud or misuse.
  • Non-compliance with the platform's adopted values or applicable laws and regulations.
  • Any inappropriate or illegal behavior, including threats, violence, abuse, or privacy violations, whether towards the platform, service providers, or any other relevant parties.

In the event of booking cancellation due to any of the reasons mentioned above, the user is not eligible for any refund.

The platform may notify the user of the reason for cancellation, unless doing so would:

  • Violate applicable laws, or
  • Hinder or disrupt procedures for detecting or preventing fraud or illegal activities.

If the user believes that the action or cancellation was taken without justification, they have the right to contact the customer service team through the approved channels to review the request.
