- Violating any local, international, regional, or governmental laws, regulations, or rules, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of the platform or others.
- Harassment, abuse, insult, defamation, slander, intimidation, or discrimination in any form, including on the basis of gender, religion, race, age, origin, or disability.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Uploading or transmitting any malicious code or software that may affect the operation of the platform or any related website or service.
- Collecting, tracking, or exploiting the data or personal information of others without legal basis.
- Sending spam messages or engaging in phishing, fraud, automated crawling, or content extraction activities without permission.
- Using the platform for any obscene, immoral, or public decency violations.
- Disabling, circumventing, or bypassing the protection and security systems and features of the platform or any related systems.
Violation of any of these obligations will result in the actions specified in the Terms and Conditions, including account suspension or cancellation, without prejudice to the platform's right to take any other legal action.
