1. License The user grants the IMKAN platform a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and usable license to use, copy, display, publish, translate, and distribute the content provided by the user through the platform or IMKAN's marketing channels, through any current or future media, to the extent necessary to operate the platform and promote its services.
2. Sub-licensing IMKAN has the right to grant sub-licenses to third parties (such as marketing partners or technical service providers) to the extent necessary to operate the platform or perform related services.
3. Ownership and Responsibility The user acknowledges and warrants that they own all necessary rights to the content they provide, and that this content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The user alone bears legal responsibility for their content.
4. Content Removal IMKAN has the right, without prejudice to its other rights, to remove, disable, or unpublish any content that violates the terms, applicable laws, or platform policies, or if there is reasonable suspicion of a violation.
5. Moral Rights The user agrees, to the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, not to object to the use of content in accordance with the above.
