These terms and conditions, and any use of the IMKAN platform (IMKAN.TOURS), are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
Users, service providers, and the platform agree, finally and irrevocably, that the exclusive jurisdiction for hearing any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or related to the use of the platform, these terms, or any of its policies shall be the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This does not affect the platform's right to take any precautionary or legal measures in any other jurisdiction when necessary to protect its rights or interests.
