Most flights on our platform are provided by a third-party intermediary acting as an agent for the airline(s).
When you make a booking, it is directly with the airline. We are not a "contracting party" to your booking. When you book, you enter into (a) a brokerage contract with the third-party intermediary (for the flight itself), and (b) a transport contract with the airline (for the flight itself).
Our role is solely to act as a platform and we are not involved in the third party's terms. We are not responsible for your ticket or any add-ons you may purchase, and we have no obligations (to the fullest extent permitted by law) regarding your booking.
Once you complete a flight booking, the service provider will give your booking details (e.g., passenger name(s)).
You must correctly fill in all your contact details so that we and/or the service provider can provide you with information about your booking, and contact you if needed.
Charges may apply for changing or cancelling your flight.
Airlines reserve the right to change or cancel flight times at their discretion.
Most airlines require customers to use their flights in order. If you miss the first flight, the airline may automatically cancel the rest of your itinerary. Please ensure you cancel any flights you do not intend to take in accordance with our cancellation policy. Note that you may not be entitled to a full (or any) refund for such unused flights.
If you are traveling internationally, you may need to prove to staff and/or immigration officers that you have a return ticket (see "International Travel" below for more on passports, visas, etc.).
