This includes any delay in receiving, booking, or delivering the accommodation, or any incorrect delivery or non-delivery of the accommodation due to:
- An act or omission by Imkan's employees or agents.
- A fortuitous accident.
- Force majeure, including but not limited to tourism or political trends, hijacking, war or threat of war, actions by foreign governments, and any other cause beyond Imkan's control.
