When you book a rental car, your booking is either (a) with us or (b) directly with the service provider. In both cases:
Our terms govern the booking process; when we send you your booking confirmation, you enter into a contract with us.
In most cases, you will receive booking confirmation immediately after completing the reservation. However, if the car rental is not confirmed immediately by the car rental service provider, we will not receive payment or send you the booking confirmation unless they do so.
We provide the platform through which service providers can promote and sell their travel experiences – and through which you can search, compare, and book them.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the product or the exact model you book (unless we explicitly state so). The term "or similar" means you may get a similar car (e.g., same size, etc.). Therefore, car images are for illustrative purposes only.
Once your rental car is booked:
We will provide the service provider with the booking details (e.g., your name and phone number).
We will provide you with information (e.g., contact details of your service provider).
If any service provider needs to change your booking (for example, if the provider is unable to supply the car), we will inform you as soon as possible. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to cancel and claim a full refund (regardless of how close the rental date is). However, we will not be liable for any further obligations (regarding any direct or indirect costs you may incur (e.g., rooms or taxis)).
